How does your service typically work?

Each event is different, but typically, guests enjoy an hour-long cocktail service with hearty hors d’oeuvres and drinks from our bar truck. After the cocktail hour there is often a break from service for celebratory speeches or introductions. Then, we serve the main course either buffet or family style. Our “rolling service” lasts for up to three hours so that everyone has plenty of time to eat and enjoy themselves. For dessert (or if there is a cake cutting ceremony) we serve coffee—and our scrumptious wood-fired s’mores made with peanut butter cups. And don’t forget: before the truck(s) drive away, we make and box a dozen pizzas for the guests to enjoy later in the evening.

Do the food and bar trucks have to be used together?

We do not require the trucks to be used together but we highly encourage it. Having the trucks together elevates the service and truly enhances the event.

Do you offer more than pizza for a main course?

Yes, we are happy to customize your main course with a variety of options. Ask about our new Fire & Co. custom built wood-fired grill and rotisserie. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Do you provide silverware, plates, etc?

We provide biodegradable utensils, plates and napkins at all events. People are welcome to rent chinaware from a separate company, but most customers are more than happy with the settings we provide.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $5k deposit and a signed contract are required to hold any Friday – Sunday event.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, we can certainly accommodate those with gluten allergies.

Does your staff pass hors d’oeuvres?

Our base packages do not include wait staff, but we are happy to add staff members (to pass food, fill water glasses, bus tables, etc.) for an added charge.

Can you recommend other services, such as event coordinators, musicians, or photographers?

Absolutely. We’ve worked with top professionals in these fields and would be happy to provide referrals.
