When you have a fun couple that loves to party and a wedding planner like Paula from A Family Affair collaborating with us…magic happens! We’d like to introduce you to one of our favorite styles of dining at your wedding…grazing stations! As more time goes on and more weddings happen year after year, trends inevitably change. We love unique ideas and ways to stray from the traditional sit down meal we are all used to. There’s nothing wrong with a plated dinner for your guests and we do that too, but if you would like a different experience continue reading!
Grazing stations are the ultimate way to kick off your celebration. Guests are free to roam around and pick up food at different stations as they so please. Chelsea and Austin, our bride and groom, chose quite the menu for their different stations. There were pork belly skewers, house salad, skillet fried corn bread, tuna poke stacks and more. The grazing stations paired with the amazing passed apps (I mean, did you see those lobster rolls and beer flights?!) was perfect for the atmosphere they were going for.
Whether you’d like to plan a seated family style meal for your guests or a free roaming grazing station menu, we’re here to help. Our versatile setup makes all sorts of ideas possible. Dates are filling up fast for 2020, so be sure to be in touch soon!
A big thank you to Maine Tinker Photography for the amazing photos! The vibe of Chelsea and Austin’s big day was just so perfectly captured!
