Ryan Carey has been in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years. He developed Fire & Company as a different type of catering experience for people who recognize that the overall atmosphere is just as important as what's on the menu.
Fire & Company has always maintained a casual and experience driven culture and has evolved in recent years. What started as a small mobile wood-fired pizza business has evolved into the one of a kind full service catering company it is today.
The crew at Fire & Co. have been thrilled to work with people who are looking for a unique experience that is centered around their family, friends and elevated fare with a casual ambiance.
How it Works
After booking your date you'll be paired up with a Fire and Co. event lead who will work closely with you to plan out the details of your event menu. On the day of your event the crew arrives and gets to work. Your venue is our kitchen: We'll be grilling, smoking, and preparing everything on site in front of you and your guests. The delicious smell of wood-fired cooking and the sight of fresh, local ingredients hanging over smokers engages guests creating an unforgettable event experience.
Our menus are created including items that are all prepared on various custom pieces of equipment only available with Fire & Company. We encourage the equipment to be set up on site as they are great conversation pieces and offer a completely unique Maine dining experience.
Grills & Skillets
Our wood-fired grills & skillets are perfect for adding flavor and a nice sear or char to our locally sourced vegetables and salmon.
Our wood-fired smokers are used for smoking our spitfire chickens, pig roasts and slow smoking our other protein options.
Our wood fired ovens are used for cooking anything from our wood-fired pizzas to slow roasting potatoes or porchetta.
